Once Term & Conditions are read and Wholesale Form is complete and approved, we will send a code to access the store.

All wholesale customers are required to submit a tax ID number prior to ordering candles. Customers must be prepared to provide a copy of a valid state tax ID upon request.

How to buy:

We will send you an email with a member code to access the wholesale page. You can purchase your wholesale order online or if you have a specific request we can invoice you from there. We tried to make the website easy and quick to order from, please let us know if you have any questions!

The minimum wholesale web order requirement is $66.00 1 case of 6. We are a small business ourselves. So we want to work with you, no matter your business's budget.

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Manufacturing Window & Candle curing time:

We aim for a 2 1/2 week turnaround time from Purchase Orders being accepted to an order being shipped.

We start this window from the date you receive an “Order Accepted” Email. We send these emails once we have verified all materials are on hand for your order. Any changes to the manufacturing time frame will be communicated.
Wholesale Pricing

is considered confidential and should not be shared with customers, non-essential employees, buyers, and other key partners.

Prices are set to be competitive and advantageous for Certified Retailers with an average 50% margin when sold at MSRP.
Shipping Information

Items shipped within the continental US are shipped UPS Ground from Grass Valley, CA. UPS does not ship to PO boxes. Customer may be responsible for charges on requested re-routes.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the weight, dimension, and destination of the package

IMPORTANT: Please double check your addresses - especially shipping address - before placing your order. Once your order is placed it is very difficult for us to make any changes.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us at vintagetimberscandle@gmail.com

We strive to make our customer experience smooth and delightful, from the moment you place your order until you unbox your VINTAGE TIMBERS CANDLE purchase. If it were possible to personally deliver each order to our customers we would do so. Once the package leaves our hands we unfortunately have little control over how the carrier cares for it on its way to you. We are not able to view any more tracking information beyond what USPS & UPS communicate on their tracking interface. UPS has been more diligent in communicating when an item is delayed which we are grateful for.

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed, however, if we are able to make updates on your behalf, please note that these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.

Cancellations | Damages

Orders may be canceled by calling our customer service department or by sending a notification via email. Canceled orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

At the VINTAGE TIMBERS CANDLE., all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
